Try to submit the photo it doesnt work. My son went there for final exam at Berkely graduate school but due to bed bug attack his entire body he was hard time to focus on there. As emergency i told him to ask to the hotel for laundry for his safety but hotel team said they cannot be ready until his check out. He changed the room butbsame happening when he got home i cleaned up all his stuff but he is so much itching and fever even. No one contact us even.

This hotel is an Old building and the room air conditioner wasn’t working properly and was noisy. Because of this, we spent uncomfortable nights. Noise level transmission was higher than other hotels we stayed thru door and walls from corridor and other rooms. I’d not recommend this hotel for my friends.

Perfect location for UC theater.

Clean and comfortable, staff was very helpful and friendly. Convenient location in downtown, very short walk to UC theater. Breakfast was really good. We stayed here for a concert at UC theater which is a great venue, especially for someone in a wheelchair, great ADA spot. We will return to theater and will stay here again when we do.

—the fridge in the room made a constant hum, I had to turn it off to get to sleep. —I went down to the main lobby at 5:00 AM to check out and get to SFO. There was nobody there. I had to pound on some doors to get someone to come out (from behind the bar) and check me out.
