We had a spacious corner room with a view. Hotel was charming, with a great bar. Location just off Shattuck is great for walking up to campus or exploring Berkeley. The MARTA station is right across the street, which would make access to SFO and San Francisco by public transportation easy. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast as well as the numerous restaurants and bookshops in walking distance.

Thr breakfast, and particular the MUSHROOM OMELETTE , is something that should not be missed when visiting Berkeley. The checkout staff was fantastic as was the cleaning crew. Some of the nicest most personable hotel staff I’ve encountered in my many years of traveling. Good job team!

The staff was fantastic. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The room as well was very clean. My only concern was the shower curtain was too short, causing water to be everywhere out of the shower. Thankfully there were enough towels to put one on the floor. If I ever need to come back to Berkeley I will return!
