The home sleeps up to 12 with a gaming area downstairs (pool, darts, arcade, ping pong, & board games). Or gather upstairs and enjoy the patios anytime of day to lookout over the Ridges of the Sierras . The grounds also have a gated pad for your boat and/or land toys, while the driveway doubles as a half ball court.
The space
This property is spacious and serene with the ability to gather or spread out. Upstairs with the bright open kitchen/dining and living area, is a main hall bathroom, a bedroom, and the Master w/en suite. The upstairs patio lookout is accessible from both the Master and Living Room, with a BBQ and plenty of seating. Downstairs is the place to be, with a huge game room, private bunk room, private bedroom, and full bathroom.
