Dana, was there when we checked in, she was beyond friendly and helpful. She needs recognition for excellent customer service. I have worked customer service for many years and know how hard can be. The other staff members were all very friendly as well. My only issue would be...Wishing the patio by the pool would be open not the pool so much but the patio., I am a night owl and would have loved sitting in that area after 10pm.

Tired hotel, needs a refresh

Older, well-used, tired hotel. Not as clean and modern as one might expect for the price. Breakfast was ok, at least it had some hot foods likes scrambled eggs and sausage - a step up from the make-your-own waffle and yogurt offerings found at many budget hotels. Breakfast area is small and can get crowded with limited seating. Nearby hotels cost about 15-20% more so this isn't a bad choice for 1-2 nights
