This spacious holiday home of 117 m² offers a unique combination of sea and nature. You will enjoy direct views over the Great Belt and have the beach only 100 metres away. On the opposite side of the house, the landscape opens onto a peaceful meadow area with roaming animals.



The two bedrooms and additional sleeping places make it possible for up to six people to enjoy their holiday together. The interior design is simple and functional, and both the garden and terrace invite relaxation and cozy outdoor meals.



The area provides many holiday pleasures. The child-friendly beach is ideal for swimming, walks, and fishing. There are excellent opportunities for kayaking, paddleboarding and other water activities. A modern padel court is located within short distance, and a well‑maintained golf course is just 2 km away.



The town of Nyborg, only a few kilometres away, offers cafés, restaurants and historic attractions such as Nyborg Castle. There are also opportunities for cycling and hiking in the surrounding nature. Here, experiences and relaxation are combined to perfection.



The terrace is partially covered and faces the garden so you can enjoy the view in all weather and watch the evening sun set. From the house you can enjoy the sunrise over the Great Belt if you get up early.
