○スタッフとサービス 素晴らしいホスピタリティ。 宿のホストとは沢山の話をした。 私はあまり英語が得意ではないが、理解しやすい言葉を選んで話してくれた。 スタッフ皆が、ゲストに対してリスペクトをもって、丁寧な気遣いをしてくれる。 食事も大変美味しい。スリランカの伝統料理を是非食べてみてほしい。 ○施設周辺のエリア 街の中心のバスターミナルからは10分ほど歩くため、周囲にはお店は無い。しかし、その分ヌワラエリアでの静かな滞在をすることができる。 ○清潔さ 可能な限り清潔な環境を維持しようとする努力が見られる。 しかし、周辺は自然が豊富なため仕方ないが、蚊や蜘蛛といった虫の存在が気になった。蚊取り線香やコンセントに差す形式の虫よけ剤があると大変助かる。 ○施設のコンディションと設備 前述の通り、可能な限り清潔感を維持しようとする努力は見られる。浄水器や電気ケトル、無料の紅茶やコーヒーがある。 しかし、シャワールームのお湯は最大まで水温を上げて、常時沸かしながら、少量ずつ水を出さないと温かくならないのは困った。 ○総合評価 ここでの滞在は忘れられないものになった。素晴らしい思い出です。ありがとうございました。
