Lovely staff on reception, they all spoke excellent English and were always most helpful. All public areas impeccably clean and tidy. Room was perfect for our needs with a good shower room and all facilities inc. The local area felt safe and relatively quiet for a city centre, short walk to the Xmas Market and many restaurants and bars.

Great hotel within 4 minute walk to subway. Room has everything you could need except for air conditioning. The front desk provided a fan that was able to keep the room cool.
