We were in Nurnberg for the Christkindl Market. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located in a quiet part of the old city with restaurants nearby, and the Christkindl Market walking distance. Trams and U Bahn within walking distance. The staff were great. We paid extra for the breakfast which was amazing. The room was comforable. We didn't use the pool and sauna, but did check them out. They were clean and supplied with towels. We'll stay there again on our next visit.

Great location, great room, staff were so welcoming. The only downside was the breakfast was way overpriced in our opinion. We had assumed it came with the price of the room but later discovered it was 30 euros for a basic breakfast

Check in time what delayed by three hours. No amenities or partial refund offered to us. When leaving our bags during the wait for our room, we came back and noticed our bags were in an unsecured area. The hotel is clean, the workers are kind but the customer shouldn’t be the point of failure.
