My card was charged 3 times, seems to be a long procedure to get it back. A mediocre breakfast, close to what you would expect in a motel. The bathroom is new, but a shower what you would see in a high school gym. The worst thing - very far from the downtown

Very bad experience in Astana.

We had reserved and prepaid this hotel for 4 nights. Upon our arrival, the receptionist informs us that our rooms have been sold and that we can only stay one night. Instead of a junior suite, we receive a standard room without any outside view. Finally we can stay two night and then we have to move to an appartment in the city. No reception, no nothing. We had to find and pay our own breakfast which was included initially. The manager or owner did not even bother to show up. Avoid this place. Such things happened 20 years ago. This is not a way to do business!
