2 bedroom/3 bath waterfront exclusive resort less than a 20 minute walk or 10 minute taxi /UBER ride from the wonderful bucolic pueblito of Bucerias. The resort is actually within the "Nuevo Vallarta" community but at the far north (quiet) end. It is adjacent to the "sister resort", Villa del Palmar/Flamingos and when staying at Estancia, you may avail yourself of all Flamingos activities and restaurants.

REGARDING THE ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAL PLAN: This plan is optional at the resort and is available to all guests with a confirmed reservation. Everyone staying in the same suite must participate in the all-inclusive plan together. The plan costs $140/day/adult and 50% less for children ages 4 - 12

PLEASE NOTE REGARDING CANCELLATION POLICY: The VRBO algorithm does not have the flexibility to accurately convey the cancellation policy so here goes: While there are no cancellations or refunds less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, if you need to cancel more than 60 days in advance there is a $350 cancellation fee from the resort which I will have to pass on to you but otherwise you will get the remainder of your payment fully returned.
