I’ve been coming to this hotel for several years now, and I always feel comfortable and safe during each stay. The only issue we’ve occasionally had is not having hot water in the shower; it actually happened to me yesterday. However, we spoke with the front desk and they moved us to a room with hot water. The restaurant staff’s service is excellent.

Sink water in both rooms we got was extremely slow in draining. Use draino to drain pipes! Tell guests the A/C unit is off at check in rather than wait for a call to send wmpl to turn it on.
