Rooms were great, location is really good too in case your planning on hitting the US Embassy or applicant center. Staff called me while I was on my way and wanted me to provide the exact time I'd be checking in and told me that I only had a 30 minute window to be there because they had a huge demand and would give my room away. I have never ever had a hotel do this before and I stay often with this group of hotels accros the world. This was rude and disrespectful, I explained that I was driving to this location and weren't able to control the car accidents or traffic congestion and they just said to bad even though this stay was already fully covered way in advanced. Everything else was great.

The room was right next to a construction site and it was impossibly loud, and overwhelming, they lied about having a shuttle to and from the airport, the service was also extremely poor. I would not book here again. No extra amenities or anything was offered to make up for the bad experience. The hotel is not worth the price.

The staff was incredible and friendly. The room was immaculate and met our needs. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars, the elevator was not working upon check out. We had to walk down the stairs with our luggage. Other than that it was a great nights sleep.
