Welcome to our cosy apartment-studio in five minutes walk from the central square of Novi Sad. A nice room with a king-size bed, free Wi-Fi, a cable TV, fully equipped kitchen.
Ideal for 1-2 guests.
LOCATION
The building is located near the central pedestrian zone of Novi Sad. Five-ten minutes by foot - and you're at the central city square Trg Sloboda, in Dunavski park or at the embankment of Danube river, there is just twenty minutes walk to Petrovaradin fortress.
The best restaurants of the city, numerous outdoor cafes, currency exchange offices, sales offices of all mobile operators, a lot of mini-markets, a supermarket IDEA and AROMA, Futoska market are next door.
It is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by taxi from the railway station and bus station to the apartment, from the Belgrade airport it's 50 minutes drive.
ACCOMODATION
The apartment is ideal for stay of 1-2 guests. It was fully renovated in 2018, it's nice and light. You'll get at the apartment:
1. A double bed 140x200 with a comfortable mattress and fresh bedsheets.
2. Equipped mini-kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils including a fridge, a glass-ceramic hob, and a kettle.
3. A dining zone with a table and two chairs.
4. A modern bathroom with shower.
5. A washing-drying machine
We provide you with fresh linens and towels, soap, shampoo and shower gel. You will have access to free unlimited internet (Wi-Fi) and cable TV. At the disposal of guests are a dryer, an ironing board and an iron.
PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
The parking along the street is paid. You have first 15 minutes free even at a paid parking.
A free parking option is in front of buildings number 7, 9 and 11 at a parallel Stefana Stefanovica street. A paid option - the garage next to SNP (Srpsko Narodno Pozoriste, a theater) just in 200 meters away. From 21:00 to 7:00 every day and from 14:00 on Saturdays to 7:00 on Mondays the parking is free everywhere.
We offer a private transfer from/to the Nikola Tesla airport for 50 euros for a car up to 4 people.

7. A closed terrace with a view on old roofs of the city center.

Cute little neighborhood apartment
It’s only a 20 min walk from the Autobus station and 5 from the old city. The neighborhood itself is nice and has many options for restaurants. Cool, clean, nice little location.
