Não obtivemos serviços de quarto. Nosso quarto não foi arrumando ou toalhas foram trocadas. Os funcionários entraram no quarto para fazer anotações do que havia sido consumido mas não se deram ao trabalho de prestar os serviços de limpeza. A piscina não estava limpa. Não recomendo o hotel e não temos planos de retornar.

Stayed at this hotel for 18 days. Great customer service. Hotel restaurant had a variety of healthy and fresh food. The chef took the time to prepare special dishes for us every time we dined there. Overall, great hotel, beautiful location, and friendly service. Definitely will come back.

30-40 minutes from Belo Horizonte

Alphaville is a great community to stay around. There are great restaurants and bars a short walk away from the hotel. The bus comes every hour to drive into Belo Horizonte. The rooms are very comfortable and the view of the lake, Lagoa dos Ingleses made the stay memorable.

O hotel está em um lugar estratégico para quem vai na Fundação Dom Cabral. O hotel é um pouco antigo. No geral, não tive problema, porém, no restaurante tivemos uma desagradável experiência. Ao pedir uma cerveja as 22:10h, o garçom com nome FERNANDO disse que não poderia pegar porque o restaurante fechava as 22:30h e eu não conseguiria tomar ela até a uora de fechar. Surpreso com a resposta, mesmo assim, eu pedi para ele trazer. Quando ele chegou com a cerveja, me disse que eu tonha 15 minutos para tomá-la porque ele tinha que fechar o restaurante as 22:30 em ponto porque o ônibus dele passava as 22:45h.
