Excellent hotel with friendly staff

I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough. Great facilities and friendly sfatt in a beautiful location. Oh, and the breakfast is amazing

ottima esperienza, migliorabile il letto e cuscini

Hotel degno di nota, stanza ampia, con bagno moderno spazioso, doccia spaziosa, bellissimo ed ampio balcone, con vista. La parte piscina, giardino, spa assolutamente rimarchevole e di eccellenza, assoluta eccellenza. Colazione ricca e fresca. Unico neo personale, cuscini troppi morbidi, anche se chiesto un secondo ( immediatamente portato) l’estrema morbidezza, e la morbidezza del materasso non hanno garantito un riposo adeguato. Un vero peccato in una location e situazione assolutamente eccellente. Bellissimo posto ed esperienza.

Struttura carina ma camere non all’altezza del prezzo richiesto. Cordialità altoatesina indiscutibile ma il facchino è stato sfacciatamente insistente nel chiedere (o meglio pretendere) la mancia per il servizio di facchinaggio non richiesto. Buona la colazione. Carina la Spa ma la piscina all’aperto ha l’acqua troppo fredda e non è invitante, siamo subito rientrati. Le saune sono solo per nudisti.

L'Hotel è molto bello ed il personale gentile e premuroso come la famiglia titolare della struttura. La posizione è ottima , la vista molto bella ed i servizi offerti decisamente di alto livello ( Spa, massaggi, piscine, palestra, giardino, area bimbi, maneggio). Le sale ristorante, il Bar e la Hall, il terrazzo e le aeree comuni in genere sono arredate con gusto e con mobili di prestigio . La colazione è buona, la qualità delle pietanze servite ( almeno per quanto ci riguarda eravamo in regime mezza pensione) è di qualità ed il Menù offre ottime ogni sera. Consiglio vivamente ( PS : passo 150 giorni in circa 100 Hotel diversi l'anno)
