Kensington House has been carefully renovated to provide a contemporary relaxing space, providing our guests with a home away from home. It is spread across 2 floors with each floor boasting is own bathroom/shower and toilet facilities. This makes it ideal for large groups, cooperate guests or families. The open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge provides a great space to relax with friends or family. There is also a sun room on the first floor which is perfect for sun lovers. Finally the rooms are large, light and airy with a mixture of double and singles beds and can sleep up to 11 guests.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Weekend away

Exactly what we needed and highly recommend! A group of 10 of us stayed here for the weekend. We were pleasantly surprised the property was larger than expected from the photos. All the appliances were new, brand new towels, comfy beds and plenty of hot water in the the 3 showers. The property is in a student area, which was of no concern to us, but something to be aware of if you don't know Nottingham well. Highly recommend.

Great stay in Nottingham

We returned to Nottingham for a university reunion and this place was perfect for our stay. The hosts were always on call when we needed them and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was great! Location and house were both fantastic and we will return here on our next visit!

Pictures and reality were completely different.2 showers were broken, only a few glasses in cupboards, run down house, some spots were dirty, one of the beds was broken, poor communication with the owner.
