The hot tub is not included, which I found very misleading, as you have to pay extra to use it.
The property was also very dirty, and it was obvious that many things had not been properly checked or maintained. The size of the accommodation and the number of the beds were not as advertised correctly. Several beds and other items were broken.
There were also a number of maintenance issues: the bathtub was blocked, the toilet door did not lock, and there were several other problems throughout the property.
The neighbours were extremely noisy, which made the stay even less enjoyable. Parking was also a major issue. There is no dedicated parking, so you have to find a space on the street yourself, which is very difficult. Some of the available areas also did not feel safe for parking.
Overall, there were numerous issues that made the stay disappointing. The property does not match the description or expectations created by the advertisement, and much better cleaning, maintenance, and transparency are needed.
