The hotel was conveniently located. The check-in was quick and efficient and the room warm and welcoming. I thought the breakfast was excellent. It was fresh, beautifully laid out and with a variety of choices.

A warm welcome upon arrival, lovely clean room and polite staff. Jamil was outstanding and served us drinks in the evening, his friendly personality really made our stay enjoyable and topped off our amazing evening at motorpoint arena.

Room (single room) was being aired despite arriving late. Very poor condition room. Dated with dirty carpets and damaged furniture. Stale smell and uncomfortable night’s stay. The first hotel I’ve found in the area that has been of this poor quality. Disappointed as falsely being advertised as 4* on Expedia.

Disabled access/parking facility very good. The staff were courteous and friendly. The chef cooked the mushroom omelett perfectly. The bar and restaurant area, modern comfortable. The hotel was better than expected. Highly recommend this hotel.

Extremely impressed with all aspects of my 1st time stay at this hotel and i will be rebooking next week for another 2 nights. Particularly impressed with the lovely Romanian receptionist, extremely friendly and helpful.
