Villa Santa Maria can accommodate 15 people. It is ideal for enjoying a moment of rest or meeting with family and friends. It has 8 bedrooms, ie 7 double beds and 2 single beds (possibility of converting them into 1 double bed), as well as 4 bathrooms and 4 toilets.

A large reception area with a lounge, a living room and a bar. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker Krups, toaster, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob, all necessary crockery, television (TNT channels) ), hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board).

A relaxation area with table football and board games.
A room dedicated to well-being with sauna and whirlpool (optional).

Outside, you will find a large private terrace with beautiful garden furniture, barbecue and gas plancha, hammocks, as well as a swim spa (optional). An aquabike is at your disposal.

Departure no later than 10 a.m.

## Access

The Domaine du Sherwood enjoys an exceptional setting, in the heart of the Pays-de-Monts national forest and only a few minutes from the beach.
You will be able to discover the many cycle paths which surround the Domaine.


## Notes

The private SPA is optional, its cost is 100 € for the duration of the stay.

Bed linen is provided and beds are made upon your arrival.
Towels are not provided. The rental of a towel kit is 7 € per person.

Pets -25kgs and not noisy are accepted for 15 €.
The end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price.
You can also ask us for a cleaning during your stay for 39€ (notify us 3 days before the cleaning intervention).

If you wish, we can provide you with a baby kit for an additional € 15.
This kit includes an umbrella bed (with mattress and mattress pad), a high chair and a baby bath.

Villa hors norme par sa taille, ses aménagements interieurs et extérieurs , très bien située par rapport à la plage accessible à pied et au centre ville accessible en 5 minutes en voiture. Un pur régal!

Je recommande vivement cette location , idéale entre amis ou en famille.

Une décoration qui vous invite aux voyages, une terrasse et un espace paysagé agencés avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons profité du SPA, de la balnéo et du SAUNA après un petit footing dans les bois, vraiment très agréable. Nous sommes de plus à 5 min de la plage, vraiment top !

Nous avons séjourné pour un week-enfin en famille et tout le monde est revenu enchanté de ce petit paradis ! Un lieu à l'écart de tout, proche de la mer, ou l’on se sent rapidement déconnecté. Très belle villa tout confort !

Nous avons passé de très belles fêtes de Noël en famille dans cette belle villa bien équipée et bien chauffée. Le vaste salon et la très grande table sont bien adaptés à un grand groupe, les 8 chambres et 4 salles de bain sont d'un grand confort de vie. S'ajoute le plaisir de pouvoir profiter du sauna,du jacuzzi, du spa de nage et de la proximité de la plage pour des balades.

Villa sublime avec équipements au top

Nous avons adoré passé ce weekend entre amis dans cette grande villa avec terrasse sublime, paysagée, Jacuzzi immense (sauna possible aussi !) . La villa est très bien équipée, des grandes tablées possibles, un grand bar avec frigo, des chambres confortables, télé géante, baby-foot, barbecue et plancha, plein de vaisselle et accès à la mer 2 minutes à pied.... Le seul bémol (il n'y en a qu'un ! ), c'est la limitation du bruit à partir de 22h30 à cause du camping voisin...

Une très belle villa adaptée pour un grand groupe !

En Aout 2018, nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cette villa tres spatieuse pour 16, au jardin et à la deco dépaysante ! Tout est neuf et bien pensé. Idealement situé à 5 min de la plage, la villa est à recommender pour des vacances en groupe avec activités nautiques possibles ou tout simplement farniente pres du jacuzzi ! On peut partir facilement à l ile d yeu ou à Noirmoitiers. L 'accueil de la gérante est chaleureux, elle est attentive à nos besoins tout au long du séjour. A recommander totalement !!!
