Everything & More

I would give 10 out of 5 stars if possible. The villa is simply incredible - modern, clean, well-designed, decorated, safe and very well maintained. Our family loved the location on Playa Pelada - away from the tourists, but close enough to enjoy ocean, surf, amazing restaurants, and peace of mind. The owner is super responsive and his wife @alinativa on Instagram is a wonderful example of clean living. Book It! Pura Vida!

Busy location, beach not comfortably accessible

I appreciate a lot perfect communication with the owner, check in and check out (self check in/out) went perfectly smooth. The pool is nice and big enough. My disappointment comes from the location. I did not realized from the map that the street behind the house is the main road to the beech, so it is is noisy form the very beginning of the day until night. Walking distance to the beach is not stated accurately, maybe if you run it, and is not pleasant at all (a lot of vehicles making dust, noise, etc.)..The house is nicely furnished, the beds are comfortable. But the kitchen lacks enough dishes (for example not scratched pans) and I missed cloth for the table and towel.The surroundings are smelly and dirty, we have found the other Nosara parts (Playa Guiones) more pleasant to walk and stay in. The best thing on this stay was Sunrise Cofee restaurant.

We believe this is an excellent choice

It starts with the owner Ezer - we asked many questions before deciding, once we decided and once we got into town. Five family members, one pregnant, one senior. Ezer is courteous, professional and helpful. The location is superb - close to so many good places, walking wise, and easy to get to by golf cart or drive a car to any other location. Home is spacious, comfortable, well appointed. We went during the "high traffic time" and felt the price was fair. Security is also good. Pool is comfortable there. Bottom line, we recommend this VRBO. Was every single aspect just perfect, no; but close. Could some improvements be done at the home - sure - and we will share some suggestions with Ezer. But five stars out of five.

Exactly like in the pictures

The house was beautiful and felt fresh and clean. Exactly like the pictures. Had everything needed for a nice vacation. The hosts were also kind and easy to communicate with. Our visit got postponed 2 days due to flight delay and they kindly let us change the dates last minute. I highly recommend renting a 4x4 to drive to the house since the roads in the area can become extremely bad if you’re not lucky with the weather. The coastal road could be cut off during rain and the conditions are slightly better taking the inland road.
