A little oasis

Spotlessly clean everywhere. Room very comfortable with all you could need. Gardens amazing with plenty of seating dotted around. Staff very friendly with lots of advice about things to do. Service very prompt. Definitely recommend

Everything was excellent

Everything was excellent, lovely breakfast beautifully presented, comfortable room, wonderful garden with outside bar. Only problem was the tv not working, apparently a power problem in the area.

Amazing gardens looks brilliant but let down overa

Breakfast was an experience 1st day came 30mins late and cold ,replacement was served with cold beans. Sizes are small ie 1 small slice of bacon 1 sausage etc although you have to choose the night before they still managed to mess it up blamed everything on the staff saying i that they were new food dressed up to make it look good but very poor

Our room was over looking the main road, although noisy to start with, the traffic was very quiet after 9.30 so no disturbed sleep. The hotel is very spacious, and seating areas to cater for everyones needs. Great placd would recommend.

The hotel had a bit of character and was well located for access to the coast and nearby sights. Our room was large and comfortable with a table and chairs, plenty of storage space. The grounds were a good size, well maintained and great for sitting outside. Dinner was very good in a conservatory dining room. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful, happy to chat and offer advice on places to visit and things to do. A very enjoyable short stay

Lovely stay

On the whole a lovely stay at this hotel. Slightly disappointed with the evening meal (chips didn’t appear to be freshly cooked) but breakfast was excellent. Lovely bathroom, but very little space to put your own items and could do with some extra towel rails. Thank you to the staff who were all very friendly and attentive. Overall 9/10 and will definitely book again.

A nice relaxing bank holiday stay. We upgraded to a nicely decorated and comfortable room. The food was tasty and well presented and a good choice. The outlook of the modern nconservatory over the garden was very pleasant place to take our meals. A quaint hotel.
