Very clean property and well appointed. Pool was integral to our choosing this property. Upon Saturday arrival the pool clearly needed attention. Emailed Cayman Villas and they said it would be Monday until pool could be serviced. On Monday pool was vacumned but debris remained on the surface and was suspended at different levels in the water. Pool pump circulation was extremely week to nonexistent so skimmer simply did not work. I called the Property Manager and she told me all was good. We waited till Tuesday morning and I called Property Manager again. She complained that she would be charged if the pool folks came back out to check but said she would call the Pool person and call me back. That was the last I heard from her during my trip and the pool issue was never addressed. The microwave stopped heating on Wednesday and I called and emailed her. No response. So Tuesday morning was the last time the Property Manager spoke to me. Trying one last time on Wednesday it appeared the house phone was blocked by the Propery Manager. Phone showed no missed calls from Tuesday morning till Saturday checkout. As a result of the skimmer not working properly a significant amount of floating and suspended debris, to include insects, stayed in the pool for our entire visit. The two ladies in our party never entered the pool so choosing the house for the pool did not pay off.
