I didnt like cashless, i observed an elderly guest try to purchase a bottled wster. Another guest try to purchase it for them but was yold it had to be put on theyre room. Finally the desk vlerk gave them a different bottle of wster. All of the confusion should of been avoided from the get go. Unfortunately at breakfast there were 2 bus tours already in the breakfast area. It was handled as well as could be expected, seating was a problem

Start with great employees

The standard of every category is very high. Especially impressed with engagement by staff and attention to the smallest of details. I don't think you can train people to this level -- I think they come with solid work ethic and a desire to excel. The training and management bring it all together.
