Enormous home with gorgeous ocean views from the oversized front porch. 2 min walk to beach. My favorite part was the kitchen XL kitchen that enabled everyone to eat together. We spent hours out back in the pool and hot tub. Loved this rental and can't wait to visit again.

House was beautiful! This is our second stay in Atlantic beach, and we love the location given the low-key vibes and history. The house basically had everything we needed to entertain 14 people. Small rooms for improvement: have hot tub hours earlier like 7pm-11pm instead of 9pm—most of us are ready to turn in around 10 and would be nice to use the tub earlier so we can get to bed for morning beach walks. . Overall had a great time and would absolutely recommend the home to others

I’ve been to many beach houses in my lifetime . This by far is the best one that I have ever been in. The pictures don’t even begin to describe the awesomeness of this property. The quality of the furniture and fixtures, the decorations, pool area, laundry room and even the flooring of the porches….the best. When I walked into the house the first word I said was “WOW”.
