This fantastic 1962 sq ft 4 bedroom (sleeps 8), 3.5 bath custom built home is in the heart of Ocean Drive, just 1 block from the beach and Main St. Yes, just 1 block from all the Shag Clubs (Fat Harold's, Duck's, Spanish Galleon, OD Pavilion). Master on main (king) with 3 bedrooms (1 king/2 queen) and a loft upstairs that overlooks the 19’ den ceiling and open floor plan. 408 sq ft of double porches, parking for 5 vehicles. 7-night booking gets a 10% discount year-round. 28-night or more booking gets a 60% discount (September through May). Great set up for Golfers too!

Must be 25 to rent (valid ID's required with rental contract). Rental Agreement will be emailed once booked. Security Cameras (5) are present underneath the house monitoring the entire parking area and staircase entrances.

We loved the less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Location is great for restaurants and different activities. The house was very spacious and everyone had room to relax on their own. This home was just perfect for us! Easy walk to the beach and also near other things wanted to do!It was clean and spacious! Garrett was outstanding!
