If you are looking for the perfect location for a relaxing vacation on the beach, look no farther than this newly designer renovated penthouse! Brand new from head to toe, including new carpet throughout, new dual door patio doors and vertical blinds. You will love staying at the top of Hyperion Tower that is situated right on the beach in peaceful Cherry Grove.

This condo offers four bedrooms and three full baths and with the queen sleeper sofa will accommodate ten guests with ease. There are two large balconies on which to enjoy the unmatched views of the ocean to the north and the south. The living room has a large covered balcony that is furnished with an outdoor living room setting. The master bedroom has a very large balcony that allows for private sun bathing as you enjoy the serenity of the ocean. Both rooms feature a full wall of glass that lets the ocean come to you! There are two private suites in the condo, the master with a queen size bed and a bathroom with separate shower, jacuzzi tub and water closet. The second suite has a king size bed and private bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with 2 twin beds. An additional full bathroom is accessible to both of those bedrooms.

The living room is furnished with custom designed furniture to make your stay more than just enjoyable. It includes a 50” TV and a DVD/blu ray player combination. The dining room seats 6 and there are 4 additional chairs at the bar for your convenience. The kitchen has been remodeled with all new appliances and beautiful new granite countertops. The kitchen is also very nicely equipped with all that you will need to prepare the gourmet meals that you might want to enjoy during your stay at the condo. This includes a keurig coffee maker, griddle, George Foreman grill, and panini maker in addition to all the standards. There is a laundry room with a new full size washer and dryer. There is free high speed internet throughout the unit that you will be able to access just in case you need to do some work while you are relaxing at the beach.

The condo is located just a couple miles away from many great restaurants. There is shopping close by as well as a nice grocery store. Barefoot Landing is just a few more miles down the road if you need to do some serious shopping while you are here. The building does offer an outside pool, sunning deck with chairs, grilling area and a small exercise room all for your use during your stay.

This is an all inclusive rental. All the linens and towels are included and will be in place when you arrive. There are even beach towels there for you when you hit the sand. Your cleaning service fees are included as well. There are 3 parking passes you will find in the unit to access the covered parking as well as the over flow parking lot that Hyperion Tower offers.

And now some of the restrictions. The building does not allow guests to have pets in the building. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this condo. The building does not allow motorcycles, RVs, or trailers of any sort on the premises. Smoking is not permitted in this unit as it is a totally smoke free environment, including the balconies.

A deposit it required when making a reservation and the balance of the reservation fee is due 30 days prior to arrival. Upon acceptance, we will email you a short rental agreement for your review. You will receive the elevator access codes and access codes to the unit upon your arrival. Our hope is that if you decide to enjoy a vacation in our condo, that you find it an awesome experience and that you leave it just that way for the next guests coming in after you.
