This was our second time staying at this amazing property for our birthday weekend. The property cleanliness, aesthetics, amenities, location (close to everything) and steps from the beach, owner responsiveness… EVERYTHING was TOP NOTCH! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. It has become our vacation “home away fromhome”… and we’re grateful.

With my busy schedule, I just quickly booked a house that appeared to be nice and in a great location. I did not pay too much attention to all of the amenities. After booking the house, we learned that our 94 year-old father would need to travel with us. Imagine my surprise to learn that the house came with an elevator.This house amenity was extremely beneficial. The house had a new feeling and lovely modern, vibe! Every detail was perfect! They even had a first aid kit that came in handy after a small accident. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs. We didn’t use the wagon, but it was nice that it was there. I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay and the responsiveness of the owners.

Family get-away

Supper neat and clean. Great location near grocery store and restaurants, but quiet and private. Good amount of parking and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. A minute walk to the beach. And the elevator was a game changer for unloading and loading the car. Would definitely stay here again. Awesome vacation.

Best Stay Ever in Myrtle!

I could write a novel on how amazing this property is. Owners spared no details from the beach towels provided, to the utensils, appliances, pots and pans. The interior design was warm and inviting and gave off beach vibes. It was the perfect location for my annual golf trip with friends and family AND my furbaby! The quality of everything in place was impeccable. I am still wowed at how nice the appliances were. In all my years of staying at VRB properties I have never had the joy of using such amazing kitchen pieces. Normally owners buy the cheap stuff assuming renters will abuse them. These looked like they just came out of the box. We did have one hiccup where the A/C broken right as I was preparing dinner for a large group (terrible timing as it broke during the hottest part of the day) BUT I was elated that the owners took care of getting a repair person over to the house (during a holiday weekend no less) to come fix it for us so we could get a good night's sleep. AND the next day the owners sent us a nice box of mini bundt cakes to make up for it! Honestly I can't say enough good things about this place. Just rent it. It's worth the spend in every way! I plan on booking this place every year I go!

Great house with a great location

Fantastic home located in a prime spot. Close to restaurants, grocery and next to the beach. Lots of thing to do at the house too. Definitely will rent again.

Home was truly over the top!! No details spared!!

My sister, her husband and myself met there son ( a marine from Jacksonville N.C.) for Labor Day weekend. Had a great 4 nights.Enjoyed all the outdoor porches. Wonderful location across street from beach. Grocery store and restaurants only steps away.Would recommend this property too anyone wanting high end comfort.

This property was perfect!

This property was perfect. I do not have one complaint. It was very clean and I am a very picky person. It was decorated beautifully. The kitchen is decked out with every gadget and utensil you’d need. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice with good water pressure in the shower. The elevator was so handy for my 83 year old parents. There are several outdoor decks to sit and rock in rocking chairs, watch boats go by on the ocean or to eat outside on the table on the back deck. The outdoor shower was used a lot. The property includes a beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas and lots of sand toys that my 2 year old grandson loved. Be warned, the Cherry Grove Beach does not allow any other shading devices except umbrellas. Location was great. As described, it is a 60 second walk to the beach. You have a clear view of the ocean from the living room and deck even though the property is a street over from the beach. There is a really nice grocery store 1/2 a block away that serves ice cream and hot meals-breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are also other places to eat and shops within walking distance. The traffic was not congested at all like it is further south. I highly recommend this property and we will likely go back.

Great stay in Cherry Grove

Had a great week in Cherry Grove. New house with plenty of amenities right across the street from the beach & easy walk to the bars & restaurants. House is very well layed out & worked perfectly for our family! 4 bedrooms with a large open kitchen & island with plenty of seating - all attached to the family room. Great set up!

Absolutely beautiful home

Our stay in North Myrtle Beach was amazing. The home we rented was something straight out of a magazine. The home was decorated beautifully, had tons of room to move both inside and outside, the kitchen contained every item you could possibly need for cooking or baking and the counter space is amazing. All the bedrooms were very good size and beds were very comfortable. However, our vacation couldn't have went more smoothly if it hadn't been for the property manager, Nicola Fraser. She was absolutely amazing. The instructions for the home we received prior were perfect, and any question I had was answered perfectly. I will most definitely use them again and highly recommend them over and over to anyone looking to have a smooth vacation.
