Room was good overall, beds comfortable could use a fan in Bedroom to circulate air more. Pools were in need of repair tiles off or falling off and flow of jets on pools were almost non existing which made pools kind of nasty with stuff floating around in them. But location to everything was great, recommend place called Lava and Sports bar named Twin Peaks had the coldest tap beer I've ever had!

Excellent extended stay!

Loved the condo, building and area. Great oceanfront view. Elevators are quick. Internet was fast, a great plus. Condo had great layout, spacious and fully stocked kitchen.

7th stay - disappointed

This is the 7th time I have stayed at Beach Cove with my family. At first, we absolutely loved the resort. The last several years the property has gone downhill. The pools are always dirty and this year we arrived to a total surprise; one pool was closed, the lazy river was closed and there was scaffolding across one side of the building. It was a total construction zone and we were not made aware. I follow Beach Cove on social media and they did a very good job hiding it. The condo we rented was decorated very nicely but the carpet in the bedroom was so dirty if you walked in it without shoes the bottoms of your feet were black. I alerted the rental company to this and they took three days to get back to me and did nothing to rectify the situation. Communication with the company was bad in general. They don’t send the key code until the room is ready, which is fine, but I had to message them several times to get this information. I was nervous because there was no communication and I had no check in information. The main door to the unit doesn’t lock properly. Sometimes it takes 2-3 times to get it to lock. Only some of the electrical outlets work. We only got 4 bath towels for the week, with no washing machine in the unit. We love Beach Cove and it’s location but I’m not sure that we will return after the disappointment this year.

Home away from Home

Our stay at this unit was absolutely wonderful. The unit was clean, comfy and convenient. The host was always accommodating and very easy to talk to. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Home away from Home!

We recently sold our old home and purchased a new one. The time came when we had to move out of our old home, and our new home was not finished. My husband, daughter and grandson and I needed a place to stay until our new was finished. We came across this rental and let me tell you, we could not have asked for a better place. It was clean, comfortable and most of all the host was sooo accommodating to our every need! Thanks for being our Home away from Home through our transition! ❤️😊

Birthday Getaway

Booked this property last minute for a birthday getaway. The location and room are great. The room did have a narrow tub with a shower head that was showing it's age and low water pressure and water damage to the ceiling. However, overall felt the room was clean and managed appropriately. We had a great time and would book again.

Good with a few surprises

Location and views are great and we had a good time - plenty of towels and cleaning supplies, which was nice. The pool area and tiki bar are really nice! We had a little trouble getting the door code for check-in due to some confusion about check-in date. There was some confusion about parking passes and I had to go to the HOA office (a maintenance shop in the basement) to get one. The condo could have been a little cleaner. The whole building looks old and worn. There's no oven in this particular property. We probably should have checked that before buying frozen pizzas. If you are checking out on Sunday, be prepared for the elevators to be super busy. We took the stairs from the 8th floor after waiting through 5 full elevators of guests checking out.

Best hotel condo

I’ve been going to the beach yearly now staying at different hotels and so far this place is my top choice! For the price you get a great view that lets you suntan on the balcony in the mornings, everything is a few miles ( barefoot landing you can walk to). I’ve been looking at buying a condo for awhile and all I can say is this hotel is my pick!
