Every toilet seat was loose because of broken hinges. The toilet in the outside bathroom wobbled. The bathroom on the main floor had knobs on the cabinet that were sharp metal and cut my granddaughters leg twice. There was empty alcohol bottles sitting on the upstairs porch, the day we got there. The laundry area had a lot of lint and a couple pieces of clothing on the floor. There was also a dirty t-shirt and a lot of dirt under the main floor bathroom sink. I put my clean wash cloth on top of the shower rod while I adjusted the water temp. And when I grabbed it, it was covered with a lot of rust. Like the shower rod hadn’t been cleaned in months. When the washer or dishwasher is ran the main floor smells like sewer. I was told somebody would be there 2 times a week to service the spa and pool. Also the pool stairs are very wobbly. Nobody ever came to inspect the pool or spa. And when I messaged the owner about the spa control flashing and the temp being 81 on Wednesday. I never heard back from him. When we left Saturday the spa temperature was 92. The area is great, The back area is set up very nice with the pool, spa and table. One lawn chair is broken. This place would be great with some TLC.

We truly enjoyed our time at this property. The upgrades and decorations are so inviting. The pool was the perfect size for our littles. Location was perfect as well. The owner is very helpful and very responsive as well. A big plus for our littles were the arcade games.

So close to the beach!!!

When you turn on 16th there’s a beautiful ocean view. Plenty of space for the kids to hang out. Once there we decided not to get a golf cart because the beach was so close. The pool is about the same size as the hot tub but fit the group. Great communication and of we could get in early! Would stay again.

The home was absolutely beautiful and the host was nothing short of amazing! It was a smooth process and everything was just as stated in the advertisement. The house has literally everything you need and then some. Very peaceful area and you can walk out the front door and see the beach! There was so many things to do for us and the kids. 10/10 recommend this beautiful place!

Our recent stay at Holly’s Haven was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, comfortable, and well-maintained the property was. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, which made sunrise strolls and sunset views absolutely magical.Traveling as a group of five, we all found the space more than accommodating. One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful pool and relaxing hot tub—we used them every day! Great Long Weekend in N Myrtle Beach

A group of my friends and I had a great time in North Myrtle Beach at this location. The facilities were all nice and the owner was even able to grant us early check in. Having access to a pool and a grill was such a nice perk.
