"The hotel is nice with a large food court, bars, restaurants and large rooms. The rooftop pool is only for adults and if you want to use a lounge chair there is extra payment required (beyond the $45 daily resort fee). The family pool was very crowded during the holiday weekend. We drove 30min to the beach on Sunday. Finally, we agreed with front desk on $50 extra for late check out (noon instead of 11am) for one of the 2 rooms. We got charged that plus an extra $100 x 2 rooms (not reflected on receipt). Called the front desk last week and still awaiting management to resolve this matter and approve the refund for their mistake. Not coming back to this place. Overall quality of the hotel and service was good but the extra charges and crowded facilities are not for me."
