Our stay was good overall except for breakfast time. I was there after Christmas during breakfast time. One lady scolded me in front of other guest because I had my plate on an uneven surface when I was serving myself. I was having a difficult time holding the serving spoon and holding the cover, so I placed my plate on the bottom. Whatever the case was, this woman sternly said across the room , " Don't put the plate there, then the food will fall and we have to clean it up!". I get constructive criticism, but it was embarrassing to be scoled in front of other guest. I'm an adult, not a child. I let it go and apologized. The rest of my party felt as if we were being watched like a hawk. She made comments loud enough to hear.

The room was clean and spacious. Exactly what we wanted. But what stood out was Gabby at the front desk. She was amazing! We were heading out for a cruise and I needed some extra supplies (tape & stapler) she didn't hesitate to help me out. She was extremely kind, professional, and a happy person. We would definitely stay here again.
