This place was amazing!
The staff at the hotel have kept the facility COVID compliant better than I have seen at almost any hotel in the past two years. They were also extremely friendly and fantastic with interactions with our children. There is a water park at this hotel so the main clientele are families. Saying this, I was blown away at how well suited the associates are for this property.
It is a good facility. I have lived in the Red Jacket in Cape Cod and they are very upscale. This one in North Conway is good and not excellent.
We loved the spacious 3 bedroom suite, the water park, and the breakfast buffett!
I didnt like the surprise resort fee that was added at our check in. $136! Also very expensive to go into Waterpark even though we were not swimming.
Needs an update re: rugs wallpaper paint etc . The public bathroom style automatic airfresherners in the hallways are pretty gross.
Very family oriented, lots to do for kids although the facility was dated, very clean and comfortable
the grounds are very beautiful and the location is perfect for being close to town, the breakfast is excellent in terms of options and value. While the beds are comfortable and the room is clean, the hotel is very old dark inside and the style is very outdated. A fresh coat of paint and new carpets would be a game changer. Very family friendly.
The staff was wonderful. Everyone was always willing to help and they always had a smile on their face. The rooms are very disappointing! showing their age. The rooms need a MAJOR renovation. The water park was great for my 6 year old and the location into town in a plus.
The hotel is ok, little bit dusty the room, I think a little bit too much money for a out date hote room.
Kids had fun, they are ages 9 and 14. There are scheduled activities for kids, free cookies, horse carriage rides. Cost is about what one might expect, cleanliness good. We rented a loft room for the kids, they had their own space with their own television and two beds to sleep on. We are not drinkers, but there is a bar available for adults who like to partake and a good size hot tub to sit in at water park while kids do water slides, wave pool, etc. There is an arcade for kids. Hannafords grocery store near by down the street if you're like us and like to save money by purchasing your own food. Nice hiking near by, lots of waterfalls on kangamangus hgwy and Dianna's Bath waterfalls literally an approximate 15 minute drive from resort. Staff friendly. Overall above average rating, we've returned to resort four times thus far.
We enjoyed our stay and will go back. My only recommendation is to spend a little money and get some quality mattresses on all beds and update to all flat screen tvs.
Hotel staff was very friendly. Everything seemed clean. We loved the loft room because we were able to really be spaced out however the railing should be higher because a small child could easily fall. Beds were comfortable. Food was good, my kids hardly ate while out at their restaurant so it would of been nice to have a microwave in the room to take it back and reheat. Arcade is small, some games were broken, most take $1 to play, not much for smaller children. Water park was good but I wouldn't want to be there on an extremely busy day because it's not that big. Would of liked if they offered some different activities for the kids during the day. There was a random charge to my room that I did not make and staff was easy to work with to fix it. Overall I'd stay again.
Mattresses lumpy heard footsteps over head. Nice mountain view in front rooms. Did not get good directions to room from staff.
A little expensive, food not great, but good location and nice warm outdoor pool.
