"Shallys Seashells were excellent hosts. They took care of everything we needed before we arrived and any little tiny issues that came up while we were there somebody was right there to take care of it for us. We have stayed a lot of places, but they definitely were the best host we have ever had! The house was gorgeous and Everything that the description stated about it was true. We will definitely be going back to North Captiva and rent a house managed by Shally’s seashells again! Island Girl Ferry service was also outstanding."

"If you want to be close to the water and beach, hear the waves, enjoy the sunset, this is place to stay on North Captiva! No other place is closer, or has a better view. Big on the Beach is it! Thanks to Bob and Wendy the place was ready for occupancy. They picked us up at the docks, carted our luggage to the house, and gave us a comprehensive orientation of all this spectacular house has to offer. When our week was up, Bob and Wendy were again there to help. Thank you! The house was immaculate and well suited for super large groups like our own. It offered plenty of beds and convenient bathrooms for all of us. And the kitchen is well equipped for fixing large meals or casual snacks for large groups. Much thanks to Bob and Wendy for making this a pleasant family vacation, and to Stephanie (the owner) for sharing her wonderful house and spectacular location with us. We love Big on the Beach!"
