Visited for christmas with family. The house was perfect for what we needed. The pictures dont do it justice. Way better than what we expected from the photos. Incredibly spacious kitchen. Decent dining room. Very comfortable living area. The bedrooms were good enough and the master bedroom was very big. Great mattresses. Great couch. The deck looked very inviting with a grill in the yard and everything but it was too cold obviously to get any use out of that. Very prompt responses from the host. Will definitely be renting here again for the next family visit.

This property really is not ready for prime time. On the positive side the water was hot and the host was responsive, friendly but he lived on the property - despite the company's ads saying you don’t share the property. This is a single family home in an area zoned for single family but the host lives there.The amenities were really bared bones. There was one roll of paper towels, two rolls of single ply toilet paper, three towels and some cleaning supplies, dishes and utensils. Nothing more. Not very welcoming and pretty sparse. The property is not ready for prime time. The kitchen floor was redone but it’s a good inch higher than the surrounding floor. There are two missing spindles on the stair railing. There are unfinished holes in the walls. The one bathroom has one piece of a towel rack on the wall but the rod and other side are missing.
Needs finishing
A single family house - NOT an apartment or duplex and the host lives here also
Why I pay a $200 cleaning fee is beyond me as this is kinda dirty

We had a fantastic time at this VRBO! The house was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable and at ease from the moment we walked in. The host was also wonderful—very friendly, responsive. We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again!
