From the first contact prior to arriving at the property, to the check out morning, everything was perfect!!Comfortable, clean and ideal location for quick trips to Normanville and Yankalilla, and a cheeky drive to Myponga for a brew.Overlooking the golf course, it worked well for our family of 7.Games room was fun and spacious, plenty of parking out the front and lots of Kangaroos out of the back of the property, grazing near the 3rd hole of the golf course, comfortable lounge room and bathrooms in all sleeping areas a bonus!!Would Recommend!!cheers to our hosts,MJ and Family

We had a wonderful family summer getaway at 3rd on Troon. Michael and Donna were friendly, welcoming, responsive, and very accommodating with both check-in and check-out times. The accommodation was very well maintained, clean and comfortable. All amenities were in excellent condition and the property offered everything we needed for a relaxing stay including games and a tennis table for some fun family competition. The location was fantastic with kangaroos visiting morning and evening. Overall, we loved our stay at 3rd on Troon and highly recommend it for a relaxing escape.

Everything was superb. Our hosts were so gracious and accommodating in all ways, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The complimentary loaf of bread was delicious and the little plant we were gifted was a sweet touch. The games room was a big hit, but my favourite spot was the day bed; great spot for reading. Amazing Normanville stay

Fabulous properly with absolutely everything you need, Three couples went and all had great bedrooms and and two ensuites and one main bathroom so all had our own space. Certainly would recommend and would go back anytime we were down that way.The views and the kangaroos were pretty special as well

Excellent home, great location, lovely amenities

We had two families stay and it was a wonderful house. The activities room was fun with the table tennis, and the outdoor grass area provided the kids with a safe fenced area to run around. The house was nice & clean, and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. We required facilities for children and were provided with plastic plates, bowls and cutlery, as well as a baby gate! We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

Overall a very relaxing experience, close to the beach and next door to the KangaroosMichael was very friendly to deal with throughout our stay, even after some hiccups.House is nice and spacious, would definitely visit again!
