This 2 bedroom/1 bathroom unit is great for a small group with one vehicle. It features a private beach access that is shared only with neighbors on the beautiful Chesapeake Bay.
Near Virginia Beach, downtown Norfolk, ODU, CNU, naval bases, and directly across the bridge from Hampton, it is convenient to all major area attractions.
We've recently updated with wood floors, a new inverter HVAC unit for excellent climate control, 55" Smart TV, memory foam beds, and super fast WiFi! There is a collapsible 4-piece dining set, as this rather small unit does not have a dining room.
PLEASE NOTE: Only one vehicle may be parked in the driveway. Unit is upstairs. Pets are only allowed if quiet and fully housebroken, with payment of $100 pet fee.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms.

Clean apartment. Just not for us. Porch was very very small, surrounded by apartments, homes. Walkway to the beach was a narrow path between apartments/houses then full of weeds. Needed cleaned up. Not a relaxing get away for us.
