Cute little efficiency, perfect for a short stay with a pet. Very close to the beach. Parking right at the door. Clean but carpet is very stained, furniture is worn and a few things could use some maintenance. Overall what you would expect for the price though. Be aware that this is a basement apartment and you can hear everything from the room above. Every time they run the water or walk across the room, ect. Got woke up very early in the morning. But I wanted up to see the sunrise anyway. The kitchen had all the dishes and cookware we needed, even a dog bowl. Had coffee pot, toaster, blender, microwave, stove, oven. Some ice in the freezer might have been nice, but otherwise everything we needed was there. Unfortunately, there was NO grill. We brought food specifically to cook on the grill and were disappointed. I tried contacting someone but only got automated responses (and then a reminder by text not to have any loud parties and a request to state our purpose for being there) We still had a great weekend with our dog. A lot of dogs were on this public beach! Would recommend for a cheap, pet friendly getaway, but you get what you pay for.
