Hotel was fine but there were two problems: 1. There was only one person handling check-in and there was a long line (especially because one customer kept harassing the lone staff member). Add some staff! 2. The chimney in the main area is not working! There was smoke going everywhere and I can only assume all smoke detectors have been turned off.

I was there just to sleep from 430 pm and then leave at 115 am the next morning after the Midnight Sun. In such a short time including sleep time I walked away with great feelings to this hotel. The check out process was so good with two individuals at the front desk. Incredible customer service. I’ll return

Det er ikke tv på rommet, dårlig wi-fi, edderkoppnett i hjørne, tom for såpe i dusj og det finnes ikke hylle for å plassere egen såpe i dusj, så ble hele baderom fult av vann siden man åpner dusjgardinen for å ta såpe. Gammeldags kraner i vasken, vanskelig å få justert vannet til riktig temperatur. Til frokost ble servert egg uten eggeglass. Det var ikke noe tilbudt om kveldsmat på restaurant og nærmeste spisested er i 25 km derfra.

Matkalla Nordkappiin

Olimme perheen kanssa yhden yön matkalla Nordkappiin. Hotellihuone oli hinta-laatusuhteeltaan hyvä. Huone siistit ja sänky mukava. Myös aamupala oli hyvä. Meille sattui vielä huoneesta pysäköintipaikalle sekä aamupalalle.

Camera pulita, colazione OK; no wifi, TV, frigobar

Alla reception l’hotel si presenta bene, una ragazza fa un veloce check in. Camera e parti comuni sono pulite, soprattutto in camera non si sente entrando odore di moquette, bene. Il bagno è ampio con doccia funzionale. Prese elettriche in numero normale senza eccedere, un po’ nascoste. stanza sufficientemente illuminata, materassi e cuscini buoni, dormito bene. La zona è silenziosa, il parcheggio intorno molto ampio e gratuito. Colazione di buon livello per qualità e varietà, ottimo anche il servizio in sala. Il grande pregio di questa struttura è la posizione di vicinanza con Nordkapp, pochi km. Lati negativi: il WIFI non funziona nelle camere ma solo in reception, TV non presente (con quello che si paga…), non ho visto termosifoni (sarà chiuso in inverno?) e nemmeno aria condizionata (tenuto aperto finestra, ma al pomeriggio faceva caldo), non c’è una scrivania, ma un tavolino rotondo di 40 cm. Manca naturalmente anche il frigo bar. Camera basic, hotel pulito e colazione ottima, ma no wifi, TV, frigobar mi sembrano carenze risolvibili con poca spesa.
