This completely renovated and top modern holiday home on Norderney is newly available for your holiday. It was individually and very personally renovated with great attention to detail. The decor is very high quality (Interlübke, COR, Grohe etc.) and meets the highest standards.
The apartment has 3 double bedrooms for 6 persons, 2 bathrooms (1x with shower and 1x with shower and bath), an open kitchen, 1 large living / dining area with attached 11 m² large roof terrace. The total area is 119 m². The apartment is very bright and all rooms including the bathrooms have large windows. The windows of the bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains or blackout pleats. The state-of-the-art kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers all the necessary electrical aids, such as 80 cm induction field, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with TK compartment, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso machine etc.

As a special bonus, you can now conveniently park your car in our free car park in the immediate vicinity (within the restricted traffic zone).

Wifi with 50Mbit, 3 LED TVs and a Sonos music system are available in the house.

In the EC there is a smaller apartment with separate access, which is permanently rented.

Leider war das Haus bei der Anreise nicht ordentlich gereinigt und teils vom Vormieter noch verschmutzt. Der Vermieter hat nach unserer Information sofort eine Nachreinigung veranlasst. Allerdings fehlte es auch hiernach noch an der Reinlichkeit im Detail, so dass wir selbst nachgearbeitet haben. Das Haus entspricht sicherlich einem gehobenen Standard - als Luxusimmobilie würden wir es jedoch mit dieser Ausstattung nicht bezeichnen wollen.Das Haus hat einen wahrnehmbaren Feuchtigkeitsgeruch, ohne dass wir die Quelle hierfür identifizieren konnten. Trotz Lüftens war das nicht nachhaltig behebbar.Die Lage ist bestens, nicht weit vom Strand und Zentrum entfernt.Die Elektrogeräte sind hochwertig.Die Matratzen könnten gerne besser sein (zu weich).Fazit:Für uns haben hier Preis und Leistung nicht gestimmt! Bei mehr als 2.000 EUR für eine Woche muss alles stimmen - auch im Detail!

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus in idealer Lage zum Nordstrand

Das sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus bietet viel Komfort und Platz für 6 Personen. Auf der schönen Dachterrasse kann man in der Morgensonne gemütlich frühstücken. Der Nordstrand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Einchecken ist sehr bequem. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Toller Urlaub in perfekter Lage

Wir waren zu fünft - mit Oma, Eltern und Kindern - auf Norderney und haben uns in dem Objekt mit all unseren Bedürfnissen gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist schön und zweckmäßig, die technische Ausstattung entspricht den Standards und die Lage ist fantastisch. Einmal angekommen kann die Erholung losgehen; am Strand, auf dem großzügigen Balkon oder einfach auf der Couch. Als Selbstversorger haben wir dabei alles vorgefunden, was wir benötigt haben.

Die Lage der Wohnung war für unsere Ansprüche ideal; 5 Min. zum Strand, 10 Min. zu verschiedenen Restaurants, Bäckereien und Supermärkten. Die Wohnung war, wie im Angebot beschrieben, sehr geschmackvol eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir waren mit 4 Personen in der Wohnung: mit mir noch mein Mann, unsere Tochter und unser 4 jähriger Enkel. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Für unseren Enkel war sogar schönes Spielzeug und ein Kinderstuhl vorhanden. Selbst die Treppe war für unseren Enkel kein Problem, da sie mit Teppichfliesen ausgelegt war.

FeWo über zwei Etagen

Liebevoll eingerichtete FeWo nahe des Ortszentrums. Fußläufig 7min zum Surfcafe. Bäcker und Supermarkt kurz um die Ecke. Alles hat super geklappt, schöne Ausstattung und im Sommer eine schöne Terrasse mit Morgensonne.

Große, helle Wohnung

Die Wohnung hatte genug Platz für 5 Personen. Die Lage über 2 Etagen ist besonders mit Kindern sehr praktisch. Leider war der Reinigungszustand miserabel. Das liegt aber nicht am Vermieter, sondern am beauftragten Putzservice. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die nicht regulierbare Heizung im oberen Schlafzimmer. Ansonsten war die Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr gut.

Großartiger Familien-Sommerurlaub

Wir (4 Erwachsene und ein Kind (1,5 Jahre)) waren das fünfte Jahr in Folge auf Norderney und hatten in dieser Ferienwohnung eine tolle Zeit. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als zufriedenstellend. Neben reichlich und gutes Geschirr (auch für Kinder) sind die Details, wie Sonos Soundsystem, geoßer Balkon mit Schirm und vieles mehr vorhanden. Einziger kleiner Mangel aus unserer Sicht war die fehlende Sicherung der Treppe im OG. Jedoch kann mit einigen Tricks auch dies gelöst werden. Daher, aufgrund der restlichen nur positiven Faktoren klare und verdiente 5 Sterne! Direkt auf der Rückfahrt für das nächste Jahr gebucht!

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, großzügig geschnitten, sehr schöne Einrichtung. Der Ausblick nach hinten ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Nachbarn haben wohl nicht aufgeräumt, was sehr schade ist. Ansonsten, kurzer Weg in die City und zum Strand. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Das unkomplizierte Ein- und Auschecken rundete die super und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung zusätzlich ab. Da reichlich Platz durch die Aufteilung der Räume vorhanden war, konnte unsere Oma auch ihren Mittagsschlaf genießen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
