Spa was fantastic. Views are incredible. Staff was super helpful and spoke enough English for us to communicate. Would like to see the carpets in the main areas cleaned, there were stains that were off putting. Seemed like there were more things to do but were closed during my visit such as the indoor pool and karaoke rooms.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is beautiful, overlooking the ocean and a rocky cove with clear water. The onsen was clean, with nice amenities and the same gorgeous views. The breakfast and dinner buffets were wonderful, and the futons were fluffy. Murayama San at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We would love to visit again!

Best hotel room in Dogashima

Excellent, comfortable, clean, and nice hotel. I highly recommend it. The hotel also provides complimentary beer, coffee, tea, and drinks at certain hours. Breakfast is definitely worth it as it offers a wide variety of food options.

The service by all staff was exceptional from the moment we arrived with a welcome drink & escort to our room. Dinner was exceptional- we had over 10 corses each night & the waiter explained all the dishes to us. I had asked for no raw fish & they prepared an outstanding replacement each night. The views from our room & the dining room were fantastic & the Onsen was the best of all the hotels we stayed at on our holiday.

The main thing this property has is the stunning view of the beach, it is likely ideal fr families with small kids since has a number of activities geared towards kids, but the hotel as such is run down, except for the reception area which appears better kept, though the carpets throughout were dirty with large spots and stains. The room we got in the west wing, was very small for accommodating 4 adults, for the price paid, way over priced, the 4 futons used occupied all the floor space, the bathroom was small and outdated and did not appear Clean, smelled like urine…

子供の頃家族に連れられてきた銀水さん…昔を思い出しての弾丸旅でしたがとても満足できる滞在ができました。 チェックイン時、フロントスタッフの方に「遠いお部屋になりますが…」と気に掛けていただきましたが、9階の食事会場に近いお部屋だったので高齢の母は移動が楽で助かると喜んでいました☺️ また、お食事はビュッフェ形式にもかかわらず時間の制限がなかった点が大変うれしかったです！（補充待ちをしているうちに時間切れ…なんて経験が多かったので） お料理の種類も多く、全品制覇は難易度高め？母と「連泊して、前日に食べれなかったお料理を2日目に食べようか？」と早くも次回の作戦を立てました。 スタッフの方も皆さん親切で滞在中はとても心穏やかに過ごすことができました。 設備については使用できる時間が限られており、ほとんど利用できなかったので次回は早い時間にチェックインをしてのんびり過ごさせていただこうと思います。 はしゃぎすぎてせっかくの美味しいお料理もラウンジからの景色も撮ってこなかったのが残念…

ホテルからの眺望は抜群に良いです。堂ヶ島のトンボロまでは徒歩圏内。客室はもちろん、レストランやラウンジ、浴場など、すべてがオーシャンビュー。展望ラウンジは自由に利用できるうえに生ビールが無料で提供されているのが素晴らしい(15時-17時)。部屋着で食事ができるのも有難い。西伊豆ではお勧めのホテル。
