Lily and her husband were the best hosts! The check in was so fast and Lily gave us advice on where things were in the area. She makes breakfast to order from a lovely menu and the food was delicious. The room was super clean, spacious, and quiet. She gave us free bicycles to use right away. We also rented scooters from them for just $5 per day. Her husband taught us how to use them and made sure we were comfortable and safe. They let us store our bags until our night bus came after check out and gave us coffee and bananas while we waited in the lobby for the night pickup. I would definitely stay here again. If you want to be well taken care of during your trip to Ninh Binh stay here!

The owners at this place were simply amazing. They helped us with booking transportation to Hanoi, gave rec’s for places to eat/visit in the area and went out of their way to help us out any way possible. Another nice perk was having free bicycles to take for the day. They also have scooters to rent (~$5USD) as well. The room and property were all very clean. Our room was quiet and spacious as well. Would def recommend this property.

Wow property and the best service we received from Lily and her husband. Delicious fresh homemade breakfast every morning. Plenty of fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice daily. Lily’s made sure her guests were always happy and catered to their every need. She organized our transportation for the night sleeper bus to Hue and even took us to bus stop herself. Amazing experience and customer service. I can’t wait to come back to this beautiful hotel with very large and comfortable rooms with balcony view.

This was one of our favourite stays in Veitnam, and we were there for 3 weeks. The price was very reasonable for a spacious and spotless room. Close walking distance from Tam Coc, it is a great location, as doesn’t have the hustle and bustle of being right in Tam Coc. The hosts are amazing, very friendly and kind. They gave us a cheat sheet and suggestions of what to do in Tam Coc (how to avoid parking fees etc). They have pedal bikes, free of use and great services and tasty breakfast. I would recommend anyone to stay here!

The owner, Lily, made sure that everything went well for our stay. After a long day of travel we were welcomed with ginger tea in our room. Breakfast was included and it was excellent. We used the free pedal bikes to visit some nearby sights and the following day we rented a motorcycle from Lily and saw some places further away. Lily even offers a laundry service so you don't have to look for one elsewhere. On our final day she arranged a taxi to take us to the train station and gave us a bag of snack food for our journey. I can't say enough good things about this homestay, it was amazing.

I consider myself a princess when it comes to where I stay. We like to stay at large 5* hotels, so I was a bit leery of at a home stay. I would say Lily’s place surpassed all of the 5* hotels I have stayed at. Lily and her husband went over and above with everything they did for us They pampered us our whole stay 1 Booked our tours 2 Offered bicycles for us to ride 3. Provided quick laundry service 4. Always giving us snacks 5. Booked our transfer to Hanoi 6. Cooking us a great breakfast Our friend needed a bank machine and right away her husband put my friend on the back of his motorbike and drove him there. Like I said they totally went above our expectations Excellent place to stay

Lily and her family were so amazing to us. We stayed during Tet and she invited us to watch fireworks and have drinks. She booked our taxis and transfers for us, gave us advise on where to go and what to do. She was always available to us and went the extra mile to make our stay amazing. We had the most amazing time during our stay! We arrived early from Hanoi by taxi, before check-in time, and were prepared to wander around town until our room was ready. However, they quickly accommodated us and got us settled into our excellent room. The bed was incredibly cozy, with luxurious sheets and a duvet. The bathroom and the room were spotlessly clean. My wife and I felt like royalty with the exceptional treatment we received throughout our stay. The next morning, we woke up to a delicious breakfast that we had pre-selected from the menu the night before. I tried Pho on the first day and "Bun Cha" the next morning, a delightful noodle and pork dish. I ended up having the same dish for breakfast every day because it was so tasty. Everything was perfect, without a single flaw. The hotel is conveniently located on the main road leading into town. We rented a scooter from them for just $5 a day and explored the area. The town is vibrant, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and the famous boat ride where they row with their feet. Surprisingly, our favorite activity turned out to be the motorbike rides. We marveled at the stunning mountains and rode through the picturesque rice fields, witnessing breathtaking beauty. I could go on and on, but let me tell you this - staying here might just be the highlight of your trip. The owners are incredibly kind and thoughtful, as is the lady who takes care of cleaning and cooking. We are truly grateful for our stay there!

This place was the perfect stay in Tam Coc. Lily and her team were phenomenal at making us feel welcome and she answered all our questions making so many local recommendations and also organizing our transportation to Cat Ba after our stay with her. The reason I chose this hotel was because of the excellent reviews. I was not disappointed, in fact during my stay in Vietnam for 4 weeks this was the best hotel. Lily the owner, so cheerful and warm hearted went well over the top in looking after me.I did a lot of walking and cycling and she made sure I had a hefty breakfast each morning. She didnt charge me for my laundry. Lily deserves 11 out of 10. The hotel is spotless and comfortable and also I must include all the staff too, what lovely and happy people, a sign of a good working environment. Please do yourself a big favour and book yourselves here, you won't do better. Thankyou Lily from the bottom of my heart.

Our stay at this property was fabulous. Lily was extremely welcoming and helpful with any request. We intended to stay two nights but ended up staying four nights. There is a lot to do in the area so it was really really relaxing spending the extra time. The property was clean. The room spacious and the extra help you get arranging your tours and anything you need is simply remarkable. Free, bikes, homemade breakfast, drivers arranged for, Recommendations for local restaurants, sightseeing advice, hairdresser, shopping etc... We based our selection of this property on reviews from other travelers and were glad we stayed there. The personal touch and care from Lily for each guest is so worth it. Her resonating laugh in the lobby, her energy and drive to provide you the perfect experience is commendable. Plus this whole area is just so beautiful and there is lots to see and explore. Enjoy!!
