Good location & staff, everything else ok

Pros: superb location right across the lively Walking Street, balcony w/ decent view at surround buildings and pagoda, friendly staff, lots of closet/drawer space, A/C, snack menu, complimentary coffee and tea, warm/hot shower Cons: very stiff mattress, bathroom not fully cleaned from previous guests, dust, fridge not cold even though turned on, thin duvet w/ no duvet cover, kettle does not stop at boiling point and gets very hot, water from faucet has no temperature control and can get very hot, missing a mirror in main room area
