Welcome to your perfect holiday escape in the peaceful village of Poljica Brig, just 10 km from the vibrant coastal city of Zadar and the stunning sandy beaches of Nin. Here, you'll enjoy the best of both worlds—close enough to explore the lively Adriatic coast, yet far enough to unwind in the serenity of the countryside, with nothing but the sound of crickets and warm summer evenings to keep you company.



Set on a spacious 1,200 m² private estate, this beautiful villa is designed for comfort, fun, and relaxation. With 180 m² of stylish living space, it comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The interior features four air-conditioned bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, and a generous open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom includes a walk-in wardrobe, and the entire home is furnished to a high standard with thoughtful touches throughout.



Step outside to a lovely 15 m² terrace overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden and a 32 m² private pool, complete with sun loungers and outdoor furniture for lazy afternoons under the sun. Guests can enjoy a variety of leisure amenities including a private tennis court, pool house with sauna and whirlpool, a gym, billiards, table football, darts, and even a youth room with games for all ages. Two garages and a large outdoor barbecue area are also at your disposal.



As an added treat, the villa is located near the owner’s family farm, "OPG Bukvić," known for its traditional, organic fruit and vegetable production. Depending on the season, guests are welcome to enjoy fresh local produce, homemade wines, and the authentic flavors of the Dalmatian countryside.



Several beaches are just a short drive away. The sandy beach in Ljubač, only 5 km from the villa, is perfect for families with young children, while the nearby beaches of Ražanac and Rtina offer crystal-clear waters and pebbled shores. For the more adventurous, hidden coves and rocky spots just 4 km away provide a more secluded coastal experience.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Alles war so wie es beschrieben wurde. Das Gelände war sehr sauber und übersichtlich, zudem wurden wir von einem sehr zuvorkommenden Eigentümer empfangen. Er war stets hilfsbereit, ebenso hat er uns diverse Empfehlungen gegeben (Touren etc.) Das Obst und Gemüse von ihm war lecker und frisch. Der Pool am Tag und der Whirlpool am Abend waren sehr schön, ebenso ist die Lage vollkommen akzeptabel da man alles in 10 min mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Alles in Allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und eine schöne Zeit. Danke Ivan für Alles! Vielleicht sieht man sich wieder!

Wundervolle Ferienhaus! Lässt kaum Wünsche offen!

Kann dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen! Wen es nicht stört eher im Landesinneren zu wohnen ist hier genau richtig! Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus, das fast keine Wünsche offen lässt. Von Pool über Billard bis hin zu Sauna und Whirlpool ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Auch für unsere kleinen Kinder (2 Jahre) waren genug Spielmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Der Eigentümer war stets zur Stelle wenn wir Fragen, Wünsche oder Probleme hatten. 5 Sterne für ein Top Feriendomizil!

Alles was das Herz begehrt

Ein Traum von Haus. Sehr sauber mit Hausbesitzern, die zuvorkommend sind. Das Haus ist liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Es fehlte wirklich nichts. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß, so dass man als Erwachsener auch schwimmen kann. Für Kinder ein Traum allerdings zu tief für Nichtschwimmer. Der Pool wird vom Besitzer gereinigt und kontrolliert. Nicht wundern, man sieht Ivan nicht, er kommt so früh, da schlafe alle noch. Maja seine Frau, merkt man an, dass sie überall ihre Handschrift hinterlassen hat. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Die Lage ist perfekt für alle die Ruhe suchen. In 15min ist man in Zadar wo das Leben tobt. In 15min ist man in Nin wo es wunderschöne Sandstrände gibt allerdings so flach, dass man lange durchs Meer gehen muss um schwimmen zu können. Alles in allem war es ein sehr sehr schöner Aufenthalt. 1000% zu empfehlen
