The open kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including a combi-oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with 2 single box-spring beds that have been made up as a double bed and a television. The ensuite bathroom has a sun shower and washbasin. The ground floor also has a storage room with a washer dryer and a separate toilet.



The patio doors in the lounge/dining area open onto the furnished patio. It’s the perfect setting to enjoy eating meals together. In the summer, there are also comfortable sun loungers.
