Das Haus ist perfekt, die Wohnung wirklich außergewöhnlich. Der Garten ist riesig und die Fische freuen sich im Teich ĂŒber eine Hand voll Futter. Der vorbeifließende Bach plĂ€tschert gemĂŒtlich vor sich hin. Wir haben uns direkt so wohl gefĂŒhlt, dass wir am liebsten noch lĂ€nger geblieben wĂ€ren.

Eine Ferienwohnung, die kaum einen Wunsch ĂŒbrig lĂ€sst, was die geschmackvolle Ausstattung, den Garten und das Equipment betrifft. Dazu ein sehr aufmerksamer, freundlicher und stets ansprechbarer Gastgeber! Die Umgebung lĂ€dt zum Wandern ein und der abendliche Wein auf der Terasse oder am Teich trĂ€gt zur Entspannung bei.

Super Unterkunft in toller Lage

Wir wurden von Herrn Stassen sehr nett empfangen und gut eingewiesen. Die Fewo entspricht den Bildern, ist also sehr schön. Einrichtung und Zubehör - alles mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Gute Lage im Ort/Ortsrand, knapp 10min zur Bahnhaltestelle (man hört nichts!) / dem Rhein sind sehr praktisch. Auch der inbegriffene Parkplatz ist sehr wertvoll, da vor Ort das Parken sehr limitiert ist. Es gibt viele Wanderwege direkt vom Haus mit sehr schönen Blicken ins Rheintal. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen!

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Unser Aufenthalt im Kutscherhaus war von Anfang an ein Traumurlaub. Die Kommunikation im Vorwege mit dem Vermieter war familiĂ€r und entgegenkommend. Als wir kamen, war das Tor schon zur Durchfahrt geöffnet und alles liebevoll vorbereitet. Das Haus ist ein wahres SchmuckstĂŒck mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich hĂ€tte wĂŒnschen können. Das Bad ist groß und komfortabel, die Betten bescheren einem wunderschöne TrĂ€ume und auch die KĂŒche ist vollstĂ€ndig ausgestattet. Im oberen Stockwerk hat eine Großfamilie Platz auf den bequemen Möbeln und der Kamin brachte zusĂ€tzliche GemĂŒtlichkeit. Herr Stassen kĂŒmmerte sich persönlich um unser Wohlergehen und war stets ansprechbar fĂŒr Fragen. Auch der Garten war (gar nicht so) klein, aber fein und lud zum Toben mit unserem Border Collie ein. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen, wenn es der Belegungsplan hergibt, weil wir uns rundum wohlgefĂŒhlt haben! :)

Schöner Urlaub

Das Angebot stimmte mit Vorhandenen ĂŒberein. ZweckmĂ€ĂŸig ist es, wenn man mit max. 4 Personen den Urlaub verbringt. Das dritte „Schlafzimmer“ ist neben dem Wohnzimmer (ohne TĂŒr) und hat nur ein Schlafsofa. Die RĂ€ume sind top: hell und freundlich und schön eingerichtet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Traumhafter Kurzurlaub

Wir bedanken uns fĂŒr einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub im Kutscherhaus! Das Haus ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos im Internet, wir haben uns sogar ein bisschen ĂŒber das nicht so perfekte Wetter gefreut, damit wir hier mehr Zeit verbringen konnten! Einfach klasse, wie unser Vermieter hier moderne Elemente und die OriginalitĂ€t des Kutscherhauses mit so viel liebevoller Dekoration in Einklang gebracht hat! Auch die Lage ist toll - in kĂŒrzester Zeit konnten wir so tolle Ziele erreichen, zum Beispiel die Burg Rheinstein oder die Burg Sooneck und die Orte Bacharach und Oberwesel. Das Haus selbst lag absolut ruhig, man konnte herrlich schlafen, da auch die Betten sehr bequem waren! Es fehlte uns an nichts, auch die Terrasse und der Garten mit dem Teich waren traumhaft und wir können den Urlaub im Kutscherhaus nur weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank, dass wir eine wunderschöne Zeit hier verbringen durften!

Einfach mÀrchenhaft

Im ehemaligen Kutscherhaus haben wir uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Der geschmackvoll gestaltete Innenbereich sowie der weitlĂ€ufige Garten mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten und Ruhebereichen haben zu entspannten Urlaubstagen beigetragen. Schöne Orte und Burgen in der Umgebung sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreichbar. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, alles Ă€ußerst unkompliziert. Vielen Dank!
