Villefranche Vista is a two bedroom two bathroom luxury apartment. Enjoying an elevated south-facing location, it provides stunning views of the bay of Villefranche from the full length balcony, lounge and main bedroom. The balcony is exposed to the sun for most of the day and is perfect for al fresco dining.

The apartment was recently refurbished to a very high standard with marble floors and air-conditioning. Amenities include broadband wifi, a large flat-screen TV and Sonos sound system. The open plan kitchen has an American fridge freezer with ice maker, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The bedrooms feature double beds with Egyptian cotton linen and big fluffy towels. The main bedroom with sea view has a separate modern bathroom. The second bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Both bathrooms are supplied with l’Occitane goodies.

Perfectly situated on the edge of the old town, the apartment is a five minute stroll to the restaurants and shops. The beach and train station are a two minute walk.

Villefranche-sur-Mer is a charming 13th century fishing village surrounding one of most beautiful bays in the world. This friendly and artistic town, in the heart of the Côte d’Azur, is one of the few spots on the French Riviera to have retained its old world authenticity and charm.

The old town of Villefranche cascades down the hillside to the water’s edge. Here, you are spoilt for choice with vibrant restaurants and traditional brasseries tucked away in the maze of narrow streets and alleyways.

Very relaxing property with 2 nice bedrooms with ample storage and 2 baths. Apartment on second floor; there is an elevator which we used for baggage. It is quiet. Large living room and beautiful view of the water from one bedroom and also the living room. The balcony was wonderful, perfect for relaxing with guests. The view of the water, boats, and people swimming across the bay is stunning. Proximity to the train station and beach was perfect- 5 minute walk; the vielle ville was about a 10 minute walk. Many restaurants very close by. Donna the property manager was very helpful. I felt very comfortable in this apartment and very safe. I walked to the institut de francais daily, about a 25 minute walk, much of it uphill. I would stay here again if I visit the area.

Great Place. Didn't realize really close by train stop was an asset, and made our trip easier. (Train didn't make much noise as it's electric)Views AMAZING. Clean unit, no problems. Beach access was easy and close, but there are stair cases up and down to get there.Can't think of anything to complain about - metal shutters close 98% and a bit of light peeks through into MBR. Would gladly stay there again. First time to France, and coordinating arrival time was more important than I realized. Fortunately I did this without realizing how important it could be and we arrived at unit at same time as our host to get the keys. She has drive there to get you the keys.

I would have given this VRBO an average to slightly above average rating. I gave it a low rating because the renter did not disclose to us that there was construction going on right below our deck weekdays until 11:30 at night. Trucks, backhoes, drilling, yelling. Between this and constant trains, it greatly took away from the relaxing vibe that was being sold. When we contacted the owner, his answer was “get earplugs”. He said it was out of his control. Probably true but we definitely didn’t get the experience we paid for. Lack of peace. Lack of sleep. Not impressed with the owner.

Property itself was nice. However, we were very disappointed that it was not disclosed that there would be overnight (10 Pm to 5 AM)construction going on at the train station located in front of the apartment. We attempted to respectfully communicate with property manager on first night and she didn’t respond until the end of our 4 nights stay. There was also daytime construction as well but that was less bothering. There was zero attempt to remedy or compensate for our less less comfortable stay. Was told that this construction took them by surprise but there was no compensatory action or offer extended.

Fantastic location in a great property

Well designed, well maintained. This is a great location on the coast for access to the TER. Easy to get on/off/up/down the coast. Ville Franche is small but packed with great restaurants. Easy walk to a LOT. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

You won’t find a better view!

The apartment has a view that is perfection. There was plenty of space inside for the 3 of us that stayed, but most of our time was spent outside on the balcony. Restaurants, shopping, and train are all in walking distance, and there was no trouble getting an Uber to pick us up as well. Donna the property manager was patiently waiting for us at the property after our plane arrival was an hour late. She walked us through the property and gave us some information on the area. We were disappointed that there was not a dryer as advertised. There is a washer and a drying rack on the porch. This wasn’t a big deal overall, but did not allow us the opportunity to wash towels if needed as minimal were provided. Also the coffee machine is an espresso machine and I had no idea how to use it or the type of coffee that should be used. Instructions may help. Overall we felt safe and comfortable! Thank you for letting us enjoy the property.

Really excellent apartment!

This is a very nicely modernised apartment with two good sized bedrooms (with very comfortable beds) and two bathrooms. it is very well equipped and reasonably priced. In fact, the property is better than it looks in the pictures as pictures/mirrors and new outdoor furniture on the balcony have been added.It is a short stroll into town where we bought all we needed from the Casino mini-mart. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from too, Le Mayssa was the best place to eat for us. You are next to the train station which is handy although the train do start quite early in the morning. It didn't bother us though. Excellent feedback from the owner and property manager. Overall 10/10!

Perfect Riviera location - quaint, quiet and beautiful!

We stayed three nights and enjoyed everything about this place. The beds are comfortable, the patio roomy with plenty of seating and the most magnificent view of the sea. The biggest bonus for us was the train station literally in front of us for easy travel to Monte Carlo and Nice. The train noise is minimal. The birds were louder than the trains. 😂 I even slept on the patio couch one night to listen to the ocean.
