Overall a nice place to stay. We paid for the upgrade and had a great view of the horseshoe falls from our room that was very nice. Great that they allow dogs up to 75 lbs which some others don't. The parking for $30 Canadian/night is a pretty decent walk (5 minutes) and was in a pretty dark parking lot. There is other parking just as close or closer for less that is better lit and better security. Breakfast not included. My wife went to use the pool and stated there were no towels in the pool area.

Parking cost is steep. $45/night. The hotel is in a great location but there are a few things that need improvements. The rooms are dated, and could use some real improvements. We had a view room (12th floor), but there was a dresser and large screen TV impeding the view. The curtains were broken, wall paper tore up, tiles broken, just overall in poor condition. The night stands lights have cords ground around corners to available plugs, it looks very unprofessional. The bed was comfortable, and rooms cleaned but had a funny smell. The staff are so friendly and accomodating. We requested a late check out with no issues.
Close to the falls, few min walk to all the landmarks. Hotel was clean staff and management were very helpful and friendly. I recommend this property. Would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is in a great location near the falls and parking was very convenient. The restaurants in the area Morton's and Turtle Jack's both had excellent service and food. However, there was no wifi service in our room during the entire stay and we were told to work remotely in the lobby as a solution initially and then were offered a quiet room that was under construction. The pool was under construction and not usable at all. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable even for the pricing was which reasonable and the size was great. The room had a stale, mildew smell and the furniture needs repair and/or upgrading.

I liked easy parking access but did not like the hight cost of $45
I know it is now one of the brand new hotels and its a little bit dated but the service, location, views , convenience is still hard to beat if you are looking for peaceful , quieter , family and dog friendly hotel. I had an amazing birthday and will come back in this hotel if we bring our fur baby again
