Repeat stay at this luxurious hotel and the service, cleanliness, amenities and food quality were consistently top notch. Very helpful and courteous staff. Newly renovated rooms were super comfortable and spacious with a fabulous view overlooking the Falls and firework display. Would definitely stay here again. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in.

Newly renovated rooms were beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The view of the Falls from our room was awesome! Staff was very competent, friendly, accommodating and helpful. Everything was fantastic. The staff was helpful and they exceeded my expectations. We had breakfast at STK restaurant and we enjoyed our meal. Our server was very attractive and nice. I will definitely stay at the Hyatt again. It was a wonderful stay..

Upon check in the front desk told me the room I had booked thru Expedia that claimed to have falls view “didn't really”. And that for $200 they could change my room to get a good view. (Seemed odd) As for the room: 1. The Air conditioning in the room didn’t work had to be repaired while we were in the room. 2.Bathroom fan didn’t work. 3. Floor drain pan in the shower was broken 4. Pool is only 3ft deep and temp was freezing cold and room needs repair / paint. 5. 1 of 2 Hot tubs was out of service. And the other was not hot. Upon checking out hotel charged extra hidden undisclosed fees on top of the rental rates and the valet parking rates; 25$ to check in, $60/ per night, just for renting the room, $14 / day to have the valet service that you already paid for, plus HST taxes plus tourism Niagara tourism tax. They said it was probably because Expedia didn’t disclose costs… Valet parking staff were very nice though.

The staff was very friendly and they were very welcoming and informed about their amenities. The breakfast was delicious and they had a lot of options for different dietary restrictions. Our room was breathtaking and the cleanliness was top notch. The view was beautiful and we will definitely be returning to the Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview!

We’ve stayed here before when it was the embassy. Rooms are so spacious and highly recommend you upgrade to a fallsview room. We did self parking to save a little bit of money has valet is double. We didn’t have to wait more than a minute for the shuttle.
