Great hotel
Before booking read reviews. Pros. Walkable, conveniently located. Cons. Paid for a room with view that equated to tiny, dirty-glass window. Thankfully the window opened bc the AC didnt work. At 2330 the fire alarm went off resulting in a full hotel evacation, fire department, and 7 flights of stairs. An event that apparently had occured 3 NIGHTS in a ROW! When hotel staff were asked to comp part of the cost, they offered to pay for parking, a cost that had already been payed for with the reservation. "There's nothing else we can do." Hottub was closed and pool water was murky. Stay at the hotel next door, they just completed a $50 mil renovation.

Great location but it's an old hotel with broken fixtures in the bathroom.
I didn't like the parking lot being shared with everyone else made paying confusing.
It was really hot in the room we turn off the heater and still I hardly sleep
If you have a room with a balcony, it is the best view you can get. All the stuff you wanna do is near by.
We were given our same room from our visit in 2015 and the staff was excellent in providing that. Our only issue was we were charged twice for parking but when we checked out, the staff said they would inform the manager and get the issue resolved. We have notified Orbitz as well who we used to make the reservation. It is a great place to stay!
The location was perfect, right in the heart of town with a view of the falls. My only complaint was that the room itself was a bit cramped. But it had everything we needed.
I particularly liked the location and preferred staying in a more classic hotel to the high rises on the hill above Horseshoe Falls.
The AC did not work throughout the building so it was really hot
Good property to stay and excellent location! Easily walkable to Falls and right next to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast is pricey but restaurant view has both American and Horseshoe Falls visible.
