I have traveled many times in the meantime, but it was the worst experience.
The hotel's pickup service, the condition of the room were fine.
However, I do recommend that you never use the massage services provided by this hotel.
During my short trip to Nha Trang, I and my group were supposed to go on the next schedule after receiving a hotel massage.
The hotel receptionist told us that there was no need to book a massage shop,
and the massage shop manager said it was difficult to get a massage right away because of a large number of guests.
So I made a reservation, but there were two delays, and we finally waited for five hours and did not get a massage.
The hotel's massages are operated by the yei trinh spa, right next to the hotel lobby.
Nevertheless, you need to pay an extra fee just because the massage shop is located at the hotel.
The hotel reception passed the responsibility to the massage shop for the inconvenience we experienced. Of course, there is no doubt about the ridiculous operation of the massage shop.
I have written it based on my experiences, so please refer to the hotel reservation.
