Very spacious apartment. Two bathrooms. A lot of window area with beautiful view. 3 airconditions. Close to the beach. Even not located in the city centre, there are quite a few shops and restaurants close by. Price was good, considering the space and facilities. Only real drawback was those ants everywhere. Despite cleaners using spray to kill them, they were always there. Also, the water from the aircondition made the bathroom floor constantly wet.

Немного другой для нас Вьетнам
Приличные аппартаменты. Комплекс состоит из 4-х зданий. В здании 8 лифтов и 40 этажей. В комплексе есть несколько фирм, которые сдают апартаменты в аренду. Мы жили на 18 этаже, их офис на 26.
Балкон и окно мастер-спальни (king-size) выходили на море, окно второй спальни (twin beds) выходило в коридор (этажный холл). В гостинной-кухне было оборудовано ещё одно спальное место (queen-size) за раздвижными дверями. Там же находился ТВ с парой русских каналов.
Общее количество спальных мест - 6. Кондиционеры во всех комнатах. Два санузла - на входе и мастер-спальне. Оба совмещённые "туалет-душ" - моешься прямо возле унитаза, вода по полу стекает в трап - после душа не очень приятно заходить в мокрый санузел. Посуда и бытовая техника при нашем заезде была не очень чистой, перемывали. Зато была стиральная машинка. За воду и электроэнергию дополнительно не платили. Убирались каждый день, но приходили в 9 утра, пока мы ещё были в номере и завтракали.
Перед первым корпусом есть бассейн, но не видел купающихся - вода холодная.
Вокруг комплекса полно магазинов и кафе - голодным не останешься. Банклматов по близости нет, но много где принимают карты. Пляж через дорогу, но купаться можно только в одном месте шириной метров 50 - в остальных местах камни. Район чистый, но в глубь Нячанга углубляться не рекомендую - вонь и грязь.
